I see my PT twice a week. Once in the gym and once at home or in the park. He uses the aqua bag often when we train, he said it can help me with different muscle groups. I enjoy it very much and love how different it feels when using solid weights - good for balance and coordination.
I love all things fitness, just tried JC's workout, loved it! I go to the gym a lot, and the water really makes it very different from a kettle bell or dumbbell. It's a very different workout from a deadweight, really helps train the smaller muscles.
