Hi, I’m Natalie Chan – a personal trainer since 2013 and a passionate educator for the NASM-CPT course here in Malaysia since 2019.

I’m certified in NASM-CPT, CES, PES, SFS, and also hold a qualification in Pre & Post-Natal Wellness from Burrell Education.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients and coaches, and I love helping others grow through movement, education, and real-life application of training science.
