Champ Praranat
Champ is an experienced badminton coach and sports scientist specializing in strength and conditioning for youth and elite-level athletes. He has experience working with national-level badminton and swimming athletes, focusing on athlete development, movement assessment, injury prevention, and performance enhancement. His expertise includes strength and conditioning, sports massage, and kinesio taping.
Currently, Champ works as a Senior Coach at Play Strong Performance Athletics , where he works primarily with badminton, football, and swimming athletes, as well as adult clients seeking to improve their physical performance. His role focuses on strength and conditioning, movement assessment, injury-risk reduction, and athletic performance development.
He is passionate about continuous learning and committed to helping athletes maximize their performance safely and effectively through science-based training methods and long-term athletic development principles.
