Learn how to use water-filled weights to improve balance, strength, muscle imbalance, power, and agility. We provide fitness trainers with the foundations of instability training with Fluid X aqua bags.
In this class, you’ll learn over 50 FX exercises in detail, including water modality, type of exercise, muscles worked, benefits, and suggested equipment.
Course Objectives:
- Know how instability training works
- Explain the benefits of aqua bags
- Define and differentiate the three water modalities
- Pair the 6 main functional movements with the water modalities
- Design your own program FX program
- Include FX equipment in existing workout routines
Participants will receive:
- Certificate of completion to be able to teach any FX Classes international
- Credits from 0.7 CEU NASM and 7 CEU AFAA
- Course Manual
- Video library of exercises
- 1 Boba and 1 Tank 15
