I tried Aileen’s FluidX class because first it looks fun, and Aileen’s an amazing instructor! I’m one who likes trying new things, and I miss being a student too. One thing I learned after joining her classes was that there are sooo many other ways that can help strengthen your core! I’m amazed about the science behind using the water’s flow in the bags as a basis to know how strong and stable your core is. I visited my physiotherapist and said that I have muscular imbalances. I realised how weak some of my joints are. The FluidX bags are flexible and innovative, and they’re a set of great equipments to use for mobility exercises, which I need for rehabilitation and to help fix some current issues that lead to muscular imbalances, that eventually lead to body pain (lower back, knee and heel, in my case). I even more appreciate FluidX when I attended the Certification Workshop last June. Whatever type of program you teach, you can incorporate the use of the bags—from Barre, Pilates, to HIIT and Personal Training! Aside from all these, they’re portable! We did HYROX trainings outdoors too, and it’d be a hassle and too demanding to bring with us bars and plates. The bags don’t look intimidating at all, but they’ll challenge you and push you out of your comfort zone. Just like us, FluidX is limitless!
