Animal Flow Regional Leader of Hong Kong, RYT-200 yoga teacher, certified TRX, Rope Flow and FluidX instructor, Shin's passion is to bring wellness to the community through anything that is fun and effective. Growing up training in Taekwondo since the age of five, and graduated from university majored in Physical Education, Shin's vision is to share his energy, knowledge and experiences, making people's lives healthier, happier and the world a better place.
